Praise to Allah worthy of praising, prayer and peace be upon the prophet Mohammed holder of glory banner and upon his family and companions. The will of Allah required the Koran to be the last descented of the heavenly books with the highest status of all as they are no longer existed in their image status as being misrepresented by their owners by changing ,adding and hiding.

The Koran contained so many clear facts stipulates the existence of such assignments in the holy books in which they did not exceed five verses only as they follow :

1-The explicit annunciation in the mission of the prophet Mohammed peace be upon him ,that mentioned a number of qualities in the Turat and the Gospel.

2- The reference to mention the qualities of the ideal generation in the first covenant and it purpose is to seize the opportunity to correct the mistakes to build the Islamic civilization and being aware of the Jews in their interest in the material side and leave the practical and the spiritual sides ,and Christians in their interest in the spiritual side and leave the material one .

3- The Divine confirmation of the deal to self sacrifice and money to prove the word of Allah in any time and place , to protect the religion from the futility of the abusers and of greedy ambitions.

4- the ambition of working hard to inherit the earth and that through combining faith and good deeds with the fear of all the fear of sins and take a lesson from the previous nations.

5- Participate in some of the legislations with the previous religions so that to endure and to save the humanitarian entity by legislating retribution that keeps the life of the community .

Through that we realise the importance of highlighting those texts for the establishment of humanity and maintain the subjectivity to enjoy the safety in both homes ,and that what man wishes most .

Necessarily, people ought to know the grace and kindness of guaranteeing orphan. Consequently, I prefer that my topic be titled (Guaranteeing Orphan Hadiths in the Sixth Books, Analytical Study). The favour of guaranteeing orphan is mentioned many times and in different verses by Almighty Allah to warn people of looking at them in merciful eyes away of oppressing them. Additionally, many Hadiths urge people to care for orphan showing the profit of such act is paradise.
This paper is divided into introduction which carries the reason of choosing this topic and four sections with conclusion. The first section deals with the term of (bail or guarantee) linguistically as a first item. Term two shows linguistically and idiomatically the term orphan. Section two is concerned with the grace of the orphan's supporter. Section three deals with the reward of those who guarantee orphan. Section four urges people to do favour and generosity which is consisted of two items. Item one states the importance of doing charity for orphan. To be generous with orphan is the main subject of the second item.
To conclude, this paper shows the results and findings of this topic in form of points:
1- The guarantee or bail means to guarantee a person and how to support him, this is from language viewpoint.
2- Linguistically, the orphan means everything which is alone without counterpart. Idiomatically, means one that lost his father in urgent need till the age of maturity.
3- The superiority of the orphan because this person lost his parent's upbringing.
4- To guarantee the orphan is to be rewarded as the companion of Prophet (May Blessing of God be upon Him) in Paradise.
5- The mother is the first one who sacrifices her age for the sake of the orphan.
6- The charity to the orphan is one of the good deeds which is appreciated and liked by Almighty Allah.
7- To treat the orphan generously should come out of kindness, mercy, and supporting them.
8- Feeding orphan must be from what the supporter eats and drinks.
9- It is necessary to make the orphan feel that he is one of the family.
10- Feeding orphan is one of the obligatory duties that urge by Almighty Allah and his Prophet (May Blessing of God be upon Him).

الأحادیث التی حکم علیها أبو حاتم الرازی بالاضطراب فی کتاب علل ابن أبی حاتم – القسم الثانی - دراسة نقدیة

AL-Ethterab in Arabic language is intended to mean three things: difference, imbalance, and movement. This term is used in prophetic tradition to mean that there are two equal narrations which have the same narrators but they cannot be united or prefered one to another. If such trait found in prophetic tradition, it indicates weakness and it is an evidence that the narrator with no full integrity. In prophetic tradition, AL-Ethterab may be found at Sanad (narrators) or Matin (saying of prophet Mohammed peace be upon him). It is generally found in sanad and it is rare to judge on prophetic tradition (matin) to have such trait without its existence in sanad. In this study, the researcher aims at showing the reason on which Abu Hatem judges on prophetic tradition to have trait of AL-Ethterab. The present research studies eleven prophetic tradition, nine of them have AL-Ethterab in sanad, and one of them in Matin. It also contains another prophetic tradition with AL-Ethterab but not specified in sand or matin .

Praise be to Allah and the best prayer and delivery to the prophet Mohammed and his family and companions, and those who followed them in truth until the Judgment Day
After God blessed us to complete the search marked (Matters that bucking its IBN HAZIM Aldhaherey audience fundamentalists in the concept of consensus) I summaries the most important statement that inferred through my studies for this research and I briefing the following:
It showed matters` sections in his two books (Provisions in Assets Provisions) and (Consensus Ranks) that was between the approved public and offending them so I did an inventory of the matters that bucking the fundamentalists public, and then you identified a consensus among the public and IBN HAZIM, so he had an attitude of identifying a consensus in terms of restrictions, controls and conditions for the definition of that to be Inclusively and exhaustively.
I studied the matters in ( The possibility of consensus) that fall under it the two important things occurred where the dispute in them , the first thing (Is consensus specializes only with companions , or every age consensus was an argument ), you made a statement words between the public and IBN HAZIM and who assented also studying the matters in a comparative study, and showing the views of each team and their evidence, with directing IBN HAZIM` s opinion in this matter and then reached to the most important results, and showed the correct view in this matter, and Publics` opinion, that IBN HAZIM` s opinion was the favorite and God knows.
The second matter that , (Is consensus held on any guessing guide. or not, does not held only with conclusive evidence), you made a statement words between the public and IBN HAZIM and who assented also studying the matters in a comparative study, and showing the views of each team and their evidence, with directing IBN HAZIM` s opinion in this matter and then reached to the most important results, and showed the correct view in this matter, and Publics` opinion, that IBN HAZIM` s opinion was the favorite and God knows.
At least, we asked God to succeed us for what he loves and pleases, and to accept from us this work and to make it in our sheets, God listens answer our prayer and praise be to Allah.

الاحتیاط لأموال الیتامى فی الفقه الإسلامی

Praise be to ALLAH who bestowed us with perfection, and prayers and peace upon our Prophet Mohammed (peace upon him) who is the musk of termination and his relatives and Companions those who are well-known.
I’ve finished my work by the kindness and the generosity of Allah and collected the requirements of this thesis. After finishing the work, it is important to convey a summary of results and the preferable ones: the research provides that the protection is a dependent origin in Islamic Sharia since it means the preservation and keeping and that if someone tries them would be absolved for his religion and honor. Islamic Sharia glorifies the matter of property and obliges its keeping. It also forbids the aggression on it and legislates rules keeping and protecting it. Accordingly, human beings would be prevented to try similarities and suspicions. It is indicated, in the research, that protecting property is of five necessities without which the life of human beings would not straight well, so the rules are legislated such as forbiddance of aggression, forbiddance of spending uselessly, legislation of punishments for aggressors, legislation of documentation of dept and testimony, the bail, taking the wager, the guarantee in the contracts and sales to protect property and to avoid the disownment, placing the young or foolish or orphan under guardianship up to be mature in order to protecting their property of spending uselessly, and forbiddance of contracts and sales concerning deception, ignorance and cheating to avoid injustice spending. The research provides the necessity of protecting property through forbiddance of the bribe and it conveys the means of protection by the commitment of monotheism doctrine, the commitment of worships as required, and the perfect enlightenment by mass media. It is provided in the research that the picking should be picked up to protect property and its decision is different according to the persons and situations. It is preponderated for the researcher that the picking should be testified to keep it from loss and disownment for its owner. The research conveys Islamic laws in glorifying forbiddance of public domain, concerning it, keeping it and finding the helpful means to keep. I end the thesis by praying humbly to our Lord to present us a good termination in all matters, to protect us from fire and its dishonor, to accept this work, and to forgive us the lapses. The most important things reached by them during the research - the testimony of women in what they often see:1. The Shari'a was concerned with the preservation of rights, and divided it for this purpose: into funds and penalties,Rights are often seen by men, and by women as well.2. One manifestation of this concern was that Shari'a was made a viable means of proving these rights,Of which the certificate.3. Shari'ah has considered the testimony of women a valid means of proving the rights that women are aware offrequently.4. Shari'ah stipulated to prove these rights by witnessing certain conditions in the witness, namely IslamAnd puberty, reason and justice, and freedom and justice is the subject of disagreement between the jurists of Muslims.5. Masculinity or femininity is not a requirement in a witness to prove the rights that women often see,The testimony of women alone, or with men, or men without women is accepted, but the testimony of women inThe field of proof of these rights is the first of the testimony of foreign men, because they are rights that aspireOften, women are forbidden to see foreign men, except for necessity and need.6. The testimony of individual women 's testimony to prove these rights refutes the fabricated suspicionOn the testimony of women, invalidates the claim that Islamic law in the door of testimony degradesAs much as women, and limit their eligibility. Praise be to Allah, who is righteous praise, and the best prayer and peace to the master of creation Muhammad, and his family and companions.
After:
The Almighty God created human being and his generosity to other creatures,It explained the Holy Quran several aspects of the divine honor of human being,Which is distinguish by the mind,Allah Almighty did not give a creature such as this gift, make good food and drink, and singled out the sons of Adam Bataibat of livelihood, this was not gift to other creatures.
The taibat of the words mentioned in the holy Quran and falls below all kind and relish words, relish his breath and kind his body,And it types one of them the good from the livelihood, and saying, posterity, and others, and that her worldly impact in the life of the individual and society, and halal gaining affect on the development and prosperity and the movement of life and building the ground, and good word and good posterity affect the cohesion of the family and society.coupling holy Quran between altaibat and eating and between the godly work, and that a reference to the relationship between the altaibat and gaining, and the effect on the eschatological work and acceptance of work, and in response to pray, and the prayers of the good boy - one of the posterity Taibh- to his parents after their deaths, these result of good deeds coupled with eating taibat , and earn al halal .
