الملخص

That one of the great things included in this religion is that it included few provisions related to the legal costs. Therefore, this study dealt with the legal evidence from the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, through which it can be proven that the Islamic Sharia has included a few devotional rulings, so that he can The person responsible is to perform the rulings that God has imposed upon him with ease and ease, and the taxpayer's awareness of the greatness of this religion makes him able to defend his religion and its Sharia, if the enemies of the religion try to slander them، because of what he knows of things that make him certain of the greatness of this religion.
