Saad A. Al-Shahraani

Anbar university Journal for Islamic Sciences, 2020, Volume 11, Issue 43, Pages 217-254

There is no doubt that the wars of the Prophet Muhammed peace be upon him, were all just, and for lofty goals, they are human wars that were characterized by virtuous morals, not aimed at killing and blood and capturing women as some orientalists claim. The research was divided to two parts: The first part: Al-Saraya and its objectives. And the second part: The higher goals of the wars of the Messenger and the conclusion and results, the most important of which are: that the goals of war in Islam are sublime, not material, or aggressive; among them are: upholding the word of God Almighty, and ensuring freedom of belief, and ensuring freedom to spread the call of Islam, repel aggression, and lifting injustice, and achieving The principle of Islamic deterrence as a peace, and he asked to win martyrdom in the way of God Almighty, and a difference between these goals and the goals of the mighty in the land. Also, the honor of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, was evident to man, and that he has a human value that surpasses other creatures, and that is why the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, dealt with his enemies with a humanistic, refined vision that looks at them with an eye of mercy.

Concerned with the clarification of the necessary meanings, there is no way to understand the Holy Qur’an except with the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet, because both the Prophetic Sunnah and the Holy Qur’an are both inspired by God Almighty. So our research came here with the title (The Hadiths of Imam Al-Hadrami Al-Hadith in his book Shazoor Al-Abriz), where samples were chosen from his Hadith citations in his book to explain the great words of the Qur’an.

The cities of Anbar, with its distinction of the origins of its origins, the depth of its history and the love of its abundant nature, as Ibn Battuta described it by saying, "Then I left from Baghdad, and then I went to the city of Anbar, then to Heet, then to Haditha, then to Annah, and this country is one of the best countries, the most fertile, and the path between them is a lot of architecture. In one of the markets we mentioned, we have not seen anything similar to the countries on the China River except this country. “God Almighty loved her with this saying, enlightening and abundant hearts with giving. It is from Anbar that the first of the Arabic calligraphy script, including the rest of the Arabs learn writing, is part of the great Iraq that says The historian Ibn al-Faqih (365 AH) in his family, "said some A. For consideration, the people of Iraq are the people of right minds, praiseworthy desires, balanced qualities and ingenuity in every industry, with the moderation of members, the leveling of mixtures and the tan of colors, which are the fairest and the most meaningful. Its men between them indulged the history of other and the Anbaric cities to which the percentage of flags were found according to the sequence of their education on the Euphrates: Anbar, Fallujah, Heet, Kabeesah Meal, Alus, Haditha, Anawah, and Rawa, and these cities are different in who are attributed to them from the flags, Anbar is the most famous and most notable of the imams, It was present Bani Abbas. Anbar university Journal for Islamic Sciences, 2020, Volume 11, Issue 43, Pages 475-542

The precedent has a set of provisions in Islamic jurisprudence, and the research in this regard is in the Hanafi jurisprudence of Sheikh Mustafa bin Noah al-Qunawy (Tel: 1070), in which he addressed two issues of Islamic jurisprudence, namely: The first issue: What do you say: Whoever previously had something to do with his links with the Imam, then when the Imam sat in the last rule the amount of the tashahhud, the precedent came to make up the previous with him before the Imam’s peace, is his standing in this case correct or not? The second issue: Whoever preceded the rak'ah and when the imam sat in the last seat, the precedent rose before he sat before him as much as the tashahhud, then he came with the precedent and realized the imam before peace and he was greeted with him, is his prayer in this case correct or not? This research included three chapters that Al-Qanawy mentioned: The first chapter: the difference of scholars in what the precedent realized with the imam, is it his first or last prayer? and the second chapter: in matters related to the precedent, and has dealt in the third chapter: the definition of the perceptive and the precedent and the later, and I have divided this research into two parts, I mentioned in the section The first is the author’s personal and scientific life, then the second section deals with studying the investigated text.

Zainab H. Mutar; Ahmed A. Khalaf

Anbar university Journal for Islamic Sciences, 2020, Volume 11, Issue 43, Pages 577-604

The subject of scale and weight is one of the subjects of the home of the hereafter that a person must believe. So, the reason behind my choice for this topic is to shed light on one of the last day's parts which is a cornerstone of faith. The importance of the topic is related to the work of the servants in the world, as what a person provides in the worldly house will be weighed on the Day of Resurrection. The parts related to this topic has been collected and the dispute between Muslim scholars in that, mentioned and discussed as possible. Among the most important conclusions drawn in the research are: 1- That God Almighty is just, does not oppress anyone, and it is just for him to establish the balance for them on the Day of Resurrection. 2- If the scale is one, or multiple scales, then this does not prevent the wisdom from its existence, which is the administration of justice on the day of return. 3- It is evident that the unbeliever is given the weight of his deeds in reproof of him in front of the creatures for his unbelief and in manifestation of God's justice in his creation. 4- The weight of the jinn is also established, because they are charged servants, who are accountable and rewarded for their deeds.

Qaddor A. Althamer

Anbar university Journal for Islamic Sciences, 2020, Volume 11, Issue 43, Pages 605-648

Belief in the judiciary and destiny has relieved the Muslim from diving and trying to explain many of the mysteries that occur in his life as the topic (the judiciary and destiny has become a large repository) that includes everything in anthropology, whether its knowledge or the inability to explain it, in addition to that it has become a factor of psychological comfort and stability for society and personality Believer in Islamic religion, and it became an easy solution to many of the people's difficult problems. This is because one of the characteristics of faith is that it results in reassurance of the heart, its comfort, and its conviction of what God has blessed it with, and not attaching it to others. This is the good life. For the servant, and the love of creation for him, the possibility of being replaced on earth, inheriting pride, freedom, security, complete guidance, attaining God's special knowledge, reward, great reward, seeking forgiveness, campaigning for the throne of the believer, God fixing the believer, and God commanding the angels to confirm the believers and pray for them, and above This has guaranteed them security, and the highest grades are in In heaven, forgiveness, graceful provision, transcendence, and highness, in this world and the hereafter, and whatever our number and our number to the end of counting of good things, God has prepared for His servants no eyes that have seen nor the ear heard and no danger to a human heart.
