روح القدس فی القرآن الکریم «دراسة تحلیلیة»

That who Allah want to him a good, taught him the religion. It is well-known that Islamic sciences are the most honorable and noble sciences for Allah, because they are the key to all good, but after contemplating on the Holy Qur'an and because of my tendency to pick up one of its pearls , I have chosen this title. So I managed to collect these verses and I find that they are three verses in Surah (Albaqarah), (Alma'idah) and (An-nahl) and I studied them analytically and I concluded the following:
1. Allah (High is he above) has exposed the deformity of the children of Israel and the villainous of their minds, and what they reach of arrogance and deny of Allah and his messenger. Thus Allah has sent them the prophets and the messengers, but instead of obeying and thanking the bestowed of Allah, they deny and killed, and this increased their deny and their arrogance.
2. The Holy Qur'an is the best guide to the correct life, and those who followed were directed to the right way, and the Holy Qur'an would has the missionary in life and hereafter. The Holy Qur'an was sent down with right to strengthen the believers upon the shaken matters of life, and at every affliction they encounter, and it is the guide to the other those intended the guidance and it is the missionary to all who believe in Allah (high he is above).

The present study has dealt with the natural phenomena that are associated with the noble names and supreme attributes in the Holy Quran. It has tried to expose reasons behind the association between this or that phenomenon with this name or that attribute to present a clear picture as researchers have never cared about such a subject although they have great literature in the domain of interpretation. The study is divided into an introduction, two chapters, references and a conclusion as follows; Introduction:
Chapter One: Association of noble name with night and day phenomena this chapter consists of three sections;
Section One: Association (ALsamia ALalem) with night and day phenomena this chapter consists of three sections .
Section Two: Association (ALaziz ALalem) with night and day phenomena this chapter consists of three sections .
Section Three: Association (ALsamia ALbaser) with night and day phenomena this chapter consists of three sections .
Chapter Two: association of noble names with night rain, water, and sky.
Section One: Association(ALwaly ALhamed)with rain phenomena.
Section Two: Association(ALkader) with water phenomena.
Section Three: Association(ALraoof ALrahem) with sky phenomena.

The present research focuses on certain figures of companions and partisans of three or less who have an effect on the interpretation of the holy Quran. It tries to expose thee figures and present a clear picture about them as researchers have not yet tackled them though they have certain contribution in the science of interpretation. The research cares about the reasons behind the scarce interpretation cited from them. Also, it attempts to explore their biographies, their traces in Quran interpretation and the nature of interpretative narrations as well as their position among other exegeses.
The research is divided into an introduction, preface two chapters and a conclusion The preface consists of two sections; The first gives a brief account of Al-Ssuytti and his book Adur Al-Manthoor. The second traces the reasons behind scarce narration of some scholars. The first chapter: exegeses' interpretations of companions and partisans. It is of two sections; The first exegeses' interpretations of companions. The second exegeses' interpretations of partisans. The second chapter: exegeses' explanations of companions and partisans. It is of three sections; The first section: exegeses' explanations from Al-Fatihah (opening) Surah to Al-Taubah Surah. The second section; exegeses' explanations from Yunus Surah to Al-Ankabut. The third section: exegeses' explanations from Ar-Rum Surah to An-Nas Surah.
Conclusion: The most important outcomes of the research. There is an appendix that lists a number of interpreters and the narrations of each. These are arranged in a table to facilitate the citation, number of interpreters and their narrations.

ضوابط اختیار الزوجة فی السنة النبویة

This research deals with the regulations established by the Prophet (peace be upon him) for the man to choose his future wife. The Prophet (peace be upon him) affirmed that a woman, abiding by religion and morals, is better than the one with beauty, money or ancestry if she does not have religion. When the man marries a woman abiding by religion, he wins a precious treasure that cannot be compared with anything of the pleasures of this life. Happiness must wave on his home because he chose the best and his family is built on piety and righteousness. The Prophet (peace be upon him) did not ignore the beauty of the woman whom the man wants to marry, but affirmed it as being desirable according to sharee'ah because the beauty of the wife results in the sufficiency of her husband. A man who wants to marry a woman is recommended to choose a virgin, warm-hearted and prolific one because one of the fundamental purposes of marriage is to have children. A man can ask about the woman's morals and her affectionate towards the children, her managing, and money saving.

الإرسال الخفی والتدلیس والفرق بینهما

This thesis is one of the important of Al – Mustaleh science which I have spoken about (in hidden Sending of Unknown and the difference between them). This thesis contains three subjects.
The first one I had talked about the hiding sending in the two meanings of the language but the second I talked about how I knew the hidden sending and the important scientists who they write about it.
After that I had spoken about the dark. This contains ten subjects, I wrote about the definition of the Language and I talked about its kinds, and what are its items, the reasons that the scientists hated it.
At the end I talked about this Thesis and its kinds. Finally I wrote about the Bibliography and Conclusion.

الفوارق الفقهیة بین الحرة والامة فی بعض مسائل النکاح

Praise and thanks are due to Almighty Allah and peace be upon his prophet Mohammed. According to the present study, the concluded points are as follows:
1. The dowry is given to a free woman, while a bondwoman is given the release.
2. The dowry is given to the free woman herself, but in the case of the bondwoman, the dowry is given to her master.
3. A free man can marry the free woman after the bondwoman, but he cannot do the opposite.
4. The contract of marriage is illegitimate if it is contracted with both bondwoman and free woman; hence the marriage of the bondwoman is not legitimate, but of the free woman is legitimate.
5. The free man can marry one bondwoman if he is aware of committing adultery; he cannot the free woman's dowry. He can marry four free women as it is adhered to.
6. The free woman has the two thirds of the portion; while the bondwoman has only one third.
7. The free woman has the right to oust her spouse; the bondwoman does not have this right.
8. If the man is well-to-do, he should pay the cost of servicesــ in the case of the free woman, if he is poor, providing services is not obligatory. He is not obliged to purvey servants in the case of the bondwoman.
9. When the spouse intends to travel, he should choose one free woman, by lottery, to travel with him. The bondwoman must not travel anyway.
10. It is a fact that the free man is chastened with the free woman. However, he is not chastened with the bondwoman.

رأی أبی بکر الصیدلانی فی تصریة الإبل والغنم ونحوهما

This research deals with juristic views of one of jurists from Al- Shafee school (Al-Kharasani) close to the ninth class who are called the people of glory. He is sheikh Mohammed bin Ddawood bin Mohammed Al_sydalani (died 427 A.H 1036 A.D) regarding cases financial transactions especially those of cheating and what is related to it means not milking the she – camel on purpose or any other animal purposefully before selling it in order to increase its milk. What is related to it is called Frizzling which means the frizzling of the possessed hair as a kind of cheating the buyer . these two cases are preceded by an introduction and interpretation by Al-Saydalani. the juristic proofs are provided by views and the juristic proofs are provided by views and pinpointing the most outstanding one at the end of each problem.

The paper deals with –the doctrinal researches of the invisibles- by Ibn AL-Mulaqen (May Allah bless him). To be known, this scientist has many compilations in variable sciences. He has a brilliant role in this science because it is considered one of religious fundamentals. It is worth mentioning that the researcher concerns the most important compilation by Ibn AL-Mulaqen that is –The book of illustration to explain the strong compiler- because he concerns the research works of the invisibles. One of them is the truth nature of (spirit). He presents prosperous scientific materials to everybody wants to utilize. Also he deals with the opinions of Islamic nation scientists either the researchers or others. The doctrinal cases are regarded beyond the strong sources –Holy Quran and Sunna of the Prophet- in order to get acceptance by the nation if Allah willing.
