Abstract

The research “Necessary Objective of Sharia in Quranic stories” aims to highlight the relationship of Qur’anic stories with the purposes of the Sharia, and draw the attention of those interested in the purposes of Sharia to an important resource for the means of memorizing the purposes, which is the stories of the Qur’an. And to show the quest of Sharia to advance the members of society in all areas of life, and to make them happy in this world and the hereafter, through a practical approach followed in its likes that depends on the inductive, descriptive, and analytical approach, through which the researcher concludes that the lessons and exhortations learned from the Qur’anic stories aim to bring The interests of the people and the prevention of corruption from them, and these are the objectives of the necessary Sharia, the necessity and the improvement, as it includes the means of the purpose of preserving the religion, and this is clear and abundant in it. The purpose of preserving the soul is by maximizing its sanctity, as in the story of the two sons of Adam, and the purpose of preserving the mind in the teaching of God to Joseph, the expression of the dream, and it also includes the means for the purpose of preserving offspring and money.
