Abstract
There is no doubt that Al-Fay’ has important legal rulings that we should tale in consider, as it is known that Islam has legislated issues for dealing with all people, and Al-Fay’ is one of those issues, so I liked writing about it, so I chose the topic of my research (Verses of Al-Fay in the Noble Qur’an - an objective study). I have tried, as much as possible, to make this research easy in a well-arranged style. I have collected the verses that talk about the Fay’ in the Holy Qur’an and arranged them objectively. According to the topics of the proposed plan, based on the books of interpretation, language, jurisprudence, sciences of the Qur’an, and the Noble Hadith. In my research, I spoke about the definition of shade and related terms, and shade as a result of wars, and how to divide it. I also talked about the scientific miracles resulting from the effect of the sun on the extension and expansion of the shade and the events of the shade. Your findings.
