Abstract

This study has included an introduction, a preface, and three sections The Introduction to Imam Al-Qurtubi. The first section is for someone who drinks alcohol and does not get drunk, as mentioned about it. The sayings of the jurists and their evidence indicate the most correct opinion. The second is in the case of the one who drinks alcohol, as the sayings of the jurists have been clarified, their evidence, discussion, and showed the correct opinion. The third section is in Al-Rikaz, then I came to the evidence of each party, discussed and explained it. Then the most correct opinion according to the strength of the evidence. Then, a Conclusion and references are mentioned.
