Abstract

Among the most famous traces of the imams of jurisprudence, is what Ibn Hazm tracked on Imam Malik, in his book Al-Muhalla at-Athar. Ali Imam Malik in the Rulings of Marriage Selected Models - A Comparative Study). Methodology My approach to writing was as follows: I extracted the text of Imam Malik as transmitted by Ibn Hazm in his book Al-Muhalla. then went back to the sources approved by the Malikis in documenting the issue that is the subject of the study, to show the accuracy of Ibn Hazm’s transmission, and in the event of the inaccuracy of the transmission, I commented that it is a fragmented text or attributed to Imam Malik, or it may be one of his students. The traces that I have studied relate exclusively to the text and statements of Imam Malik, without referring to the statements of his students or other jurists of the school of thought. then quoted Ibn Hazm’s follow-up on this issue, then added it to edit the subject of the dispute, mentioning the disagreement among the jurists in it. then presented the statement of Imam Malik on the issue when mentioning the sayings and schools of thought in it.
