Abstract

Summary: In this research, I dealt with the issue of the appearance of hidden facts from the serene sea of Imam Khair al-Din al-Ramli al-Hanafi, who died (in 1081 AH), (Bab al-Mahr). In this research, I dealt with a subject related to the dowry and some of its provisions, and I divided the research into two parts: The first section: The academic section: It includes two topics: The first topic: the personal and scientific life of Khair al-Din al-Ramli, and it contains three demands: the first requirement: his name, surname, nickname, birth, death and upbringing, the second requirement: his sheikhs and students, the third requirement: the scholars’ praise of him, his scientific effects and his death. The second topic: the definition of the book (The manifestation of the hidden facts from the clear sea) and it contains three demands: the first requirement, the name of the book and the validity of its attribution to the author, the second requirement, the author’s approach and sources, and the third requirement, a description of the manuscript copies and the investigation method, and samples of the manuscript copies and the second section The verified text, then the sources and references that I took from them.
