Abstract
This study is a model of what Ibn Battal conveyed of consensus in his explanation of Sahih al-Bukhari, in which the two researchers studied the issue of disposing of money before the year came, following the inductive and analytical approach to collecting issues, then standing on the validity of what Ibn Battal transmitted from the consensus related to it, and studying the dispute among scholars regarding It did not prove unanimity, we explained the correct ones, and its conclusion.
