Abstract
This study includes an introduction and two sections. The first section encompasses two parts. The first one consists of the life of the Imam Al-Samraqandi. The second one includes the definition of his book the scholars' stereotype. The second section consists of the difference between the Imam Abi Hanifa and the Imam Al-Shafi'in the cases of the selection of shame. It has three parts; each has a case of the selection of shame. The first one deals with how shame occurs in the purchaser. The second one includes the separate surplus result from the first side after taking. The last one deals with the innocence from shames.
