Abstract
Consensus is the third source of Islamic legislation, and since the story of consensus depends on transmission, it was necessary to verify its proof. Because many jurists and hadith scholars mention doctrinal issues and claim unanimity on them, and upon verification, it is found that it is not proven, either because there is a violator, or because the consensus that he claimed is the consensus of scholars of the doctrine, or it is such as his lack of knowledge of the violator. This study in which the researcher dealt with the provisions of tayammum, which Sheikh Ibn Al-Mulqen (D. 840 AH) narrated through his book: (altawdih lisharh aljamie Assahih); It aims to verify the proof of consensus or its denial, then the researcher studied these issues in a comparative study, leading to the most correct opinion.
