Abstract

This research aims to clarify two necessary objectives of the purposes of the tolerant Sharia، which came to preserve the religion، the soul and thought، in order to build conscious generations that are intellectually immune to the capacity and acceptance of others، who desire people in the religion of God Almighty، and invite them to the right approach with wisdom and good advice without violence، reprimand، hostility or hatred In fulfillment of the Almighty’s saying (I desire nothing but reform as much as I can)، minds are freed from illusions and illusions، and lead them to safety in safety. The Sharia has established these two aims in the minds of Muslims so that they will later be advocates of life and not death، love and not hate، and peace not sword، to make it clear that forgiveness and safety They are the dominant feature that distinguished this Sharia and everything else has nothing to do with it، and from there the principle was rooted that an error in forgiveness is better than a mistake in punishment، so this research came to clarify the aspects of this summary through the following: Introduction: It contains the importance of the topic and the reason for choosing it. The first topic: a statement of title terms. The second topic: Rooting the objectives of moderation and peace. The third topic: the importance of moderation and peace in spreading peaceful coexistence and building values. The fourth topic: The approach of Islamism in applying the objective of moderation and peace in contemporary reality. Conclusion: It contains the most important findings of the research.
