Abstract
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers, and upon all his family and companions. but after: Ramadan fasting is the fourth pillar of Islam, and there is no doubt that it has a preoccupation in Islamic law, and that is by enacting the provisions and controls, including the sighting of the crescent of Ramadan and the testimony of the one on it, and the invalidators of fasting by intercourse and penance for it, the opinions of the jurists varied in that, and their sayings varied; Therefore, I dealt in this research with the contentious issues between Imam Abu Hanifa and Imam Malik, which were mentioned by Imam Abu al-Layth al-Samarqandi. correct opinion.
