Abstract
Whereas knowledge of jurisprudence in God's religion was such a needed reward، it was one of the first things that investigators worked with، and the most valuable thing that was exhausted in the attainment of the collectors، as well as the most worthy effort in the comprehension of the mujtahids. Among these scholars and jurists who worked hard to understand the religion and its jurisprudence، and to publish it in teaching and authoring، Sheikh al-Faqih al-Mafsir، scholar Muhammad al-Amin ibn Muhammad al-Mukhtar al-Shanqeeti-may God have mercy on him-the author of the interpretation of (al-Athab al-Numayr). The first topic came: the life of Imam al-Shanqeeti، the second topic: the jurisprudential tracts of Imam al-Shanqeeti in the tribute، then the conclusion and the most important results، then the sources and references.
