Abstract
The search is a manuscript related to the Hanafi jurisprudence، which is called (The appearance of facts on the clear sea) Ramli Najm al-Din bin Sheikh Khair al-Din al-Khairy (d. 1081 AH) Study and investigation is one of the important books on the jurisprudence of Imam Abu Hanifa, may God Almighty have mercy on him Because his compilation was a prominent place among the later jurists of the school of thought and when he deposited it - may God have mercy on him - It contains one of the most valuable issues that he collected from the most reliable books in the doctrine Reviewing the sayings of the followers of the sect and its men from those whose sayings are taken and relied upon, Referring to what actually occurred in his era or in eras prior to him, And this modest study that we present today follows in the footsteps of the previous ones who drew from the books of the predecessors and examined their manuscripts that reached us, May God Almighty grant us success in presenting it in a satisfactory and acceptable manner.
