Abstract

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful), words that God sent down in the Qur’an as a verse, worship, blessing and dominion. The works were written in it, including the letter of Imam Al-Suyuti, entitled: (The Balance of the Modalah Concerning the Basmalah). The nation was unanimously agreed on the Sunnah of the Basmalah. However, there is a difference in the branches of jurisprudence; Is it a verse from Al-Fatihah, and is the prayer valid if you recite Al-Fatihah without it? Al-Suyuti edited the subject of controversy, and made the scale of affirmation and omission in the frequent letters of the Qur’an, with his examples, such as: “Rivers flow beneath them,” by reading “from” and deleting them, and so on. He is the judge in judging the validity of prayer or not. Affirmation and omission are both, so is the affirmation of the basmalah and its omission with Al-Fatihah. He concluded that the prayer of the one who recited Al-Fatihah was correct, and did not utter it, and took inferred from that, but he did not complete it, as in the manuscript. Despite the shortness of this message, it is abundant in the sciences of the Qur’an, jurisprudence, its origins, hadith, education, the literature of disagreement, good morals, and the method of measurement and inference.
