Abstract
This research aims to show a form of justice in Islam, which is the fairness of distributing money and revolution by presenting the most important criteria adopted by the Sharia for this, and based on the texts of the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the sayings of the Companions (may God be pleased with them). From zakat funds, voluntary alms، and the will on its basis.
