Abstract

 
 This research may have been an introduction, an introduction and a requirement in selling the Badi to the present, and how this issue has branched into three branches, so the first branch was the jurists What is meant by the Badiyah and does it include all the people of the Badia or is it concerned with the people of the column without others? I mentioned at the beginning of the matter the hadith of the chapter and then explained the meaning of the people of the column, and then after that I mentioned the opinions of the jurists and their evidence on the issue and discussed it afterwards indicating the most correct opinion. As for the second branch, it was in the ruling of that sale. The sayings of scholars were mentioned, their evidence and discussion, and then the most correct opinion was stated, and the third branch on this issue was in the ruling of buying Present to the beginning I mentioned the sayings of the jurists therein and their evidence, then discussed it and then showed the most correct opinion according to the strength of the evidence. Then I concluded the research with a conclusion, and after that the sources and references were after.
