Abstract
Research is achieve the manuscript (Alaqwal almuearaba ean ahwal alashriba) in Hanafi jurisprudence for Al-sheikh Hassan Ben Ibrahim Ben Husain Al-jabrty who died in 1188 A H. It wasn't achieved for two centuries with its importance to include juristic and psychological material and rules that most people don't know which concern with drinks that come from grape, raisin, dates and seeds .I did achieve this manuscript with abbreviated study about the author in order to add it to the juristic library which needs such thing . I have divided my research into: First section: to study the author's life, study the production and describe the manuscript. Second section: the achieved text.
