Abstract

For consideration, the people of Iraq are the people of right minds, praiseworthy desires, balanced qualities and ingenuity in every industry, with the moderation of members, the leveling of mixtures and the tan of colors, which are the fairest and the most meaningful. Its men between them indulged the history of other and the Anbaric cities to which the percentage of flags were found according to the sequence of their education on the Euphrates: Anbar, Fallujah, Heet, Kabeesah Meal, Alus, Haditha, Anawah, and Rawa, and these cities are different in who are attributed to them from the flags, Anbar is the most famous and most notable of the imams, It was present Bani Abbas. And when we saw people about the position of these jurists busy, and their scientific position forgetting - as no scientific research has been written according to this subject before - we studied in this tagged research: (Jurisprudence movement in the city of Anbar until the end of the seventh century AH) their efforts that they presented to Islamic jurisprudence And their contribution to preserving this science and its development, and their most distinguished scientific position in terms of receiving, teaching, influencing and the effects they left, as a reminder of their manners, and to draw grandchildren's attention to the exploits of the ancestors, an invitation to conspire with them, and quoting the merits of their effects. It was devoted to the study of jurisprudence efforts in the first seven centuries, from the Islamic conquest to the end of the seventh Hijri channel, the century in which the occupation of Baghdad and then Anbar occurred, due to the atrophy of the jurisprudence movement in all countries after the Mongol occupation of Baghdad.
