الملخص

All praise is due to AllahThis is a research entitled: "The Judge is the Guardian for those of no Guardians", applied fundamentally jurisprudentially study. The research handled the words of the rule and clarified the meaning of guardian and judge, types of guardianships, origin of the rule and its supremacy, rule explanation, its related jurisprudential rulings and the detailed evidences for its supremacy as well as some of applications and sub-jurisprudential matters and exceptions to it. The researcher employed the inductive deceptive approach and reached a number of findings and recommendations.
