Abstract
The field of Arab culture is full of great relics and the principles of literature in terms of jurisprudence, perception, belief, language، literature and the different branches of knowledge that were. It is still a guide for the researcher. After relying on God, I began searching for a manuscript suitable for this research project, so my choice fell on (Risalah fi al-Qulwaswah, by Sheikh Muhammad bin Hamzah al-Aydani, al-Kooz Lahsari, who died in the year 1121 AH. The study of the manuscript aims to clarify the legal and jurisprudential rulings related to wearing the beret and the origin of the authentic Sunnah that is frequent in that, then study those opinions that were received from some of the Companions and followers regarding this with an examination of their evidence, most of which were from the Sunnah and its degree in terms of health and weakness, in addition To present the opinions of the violators, as it is proven from the authentic Sunnah of wearing the hood and its appearance, which was at the time of the Messenger of God (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him), and that these opinions are proven contrary.
