Abstract
This is a legal jurisprudential research on oversight of management actions in Islamic jurisprudence with application in the Saudi system. Searching an introduction, eight claims, and a conclusion with the most important results, then a list of the most important sources and references. In it the researcher presented a brief study, rooted in Sharia evidence, on oversight of management actions in Islam. Its concept, importance, types, evidence, and benefits, with comparison to what is being done in the Saudi system. And the researcher referred to it to the authentic sources approved by scholars. The researcher proceeded with it according to the scientific methodology used by scholars in scientific research.
