Abstract

This paper talks about an important aspect of the relationship and connection between faith and Sharia. It is the relationship of the objectives of monotheism with the pillars of the fundamentalist Islamic ruling and their effect on it. This study aims to show the extent to which the origins of religion represented by monotheism are related to the branches of Sharia and its parts in one aspect of it, which is the Sharia ruling and its pillars in particular. It is represented in: the ruler, the convicted, and the convicted. What confirms and highlights the relationship has emerged that the source of receiving the rulings of Sharia is God Almighty, and that he has the offer, prohibition, reward and punishment, and the mind has no part in that. This is related to the divinity of God, may He be glorified and exalted, and his lordship, and his names and attributes, and that what God has enjoined upon the person responsible is within his power, breadth and power. And he gets the parts and the clearance of liability by complying with that, as a mercy from God Almighty and to ease it, and to relieve the embarrassment of the taxpayer. It is also a condescension to God, may He be glorified and exalted, from absurdity and falsehood, while the one responsible in his work seeks to be sincere to God Almighty to be obedience and obedience.
