Abstract

This reseach is objectived to eplain the basic rule in Alfikih system as is the case for the details of Alfikih via these aspects (its concept, regulations, features, functions, documents, and types). The basic rules of Alfikih Science is the most important publics benefit and overall in value, and the most important discussion: its rules which. It is the mayor in deriving rulings and the balance that is measured the imams ’thought. These rules are present in the minds of the former scholars who made them public in their initiatives without being written down. Until the second century came, Imam al-Shafi’i placed the first book. Many imams wanted to expand the investigations of assets, but they did not single out its rules for study, until The seventh century Alhegre had came, which singled out had done in this topic, but from the side of the branch’s of the details of Alfikih. This study aims to highlight the basic rule through the aspects like following: concept, controls, features, functions, documents and types.
