Abstract

This research is entitled” Fundamentalist Applications on Hadiths of Description of ablution from the book of Umdat Alahkaam in the talk of Khair Alanam by Almaqdisi”. ‎‏The idea of the current research raised from a previous personal research in rooting the Fundamental Application. I thought that it would be appreciated to apply what have been fundamentally established. I choose the book of ”Umdat Alahkham” because it tackled regulated Hadiths. The purpose of the fundamental applications is to extract the regulations. So, the choice has been Description of ablution hadiths on the beginning. I studied these hadiths word by word and sentence by sentence. I extracted the indicated regulations, applying the fundamental application approach, limiting it to the indications of the hadeath and it's relevant rational indications and information known essentially from the religion. This was done without further Ijtihad on examining. ‎‏if the regulation is abrogated or not or if that indication is separated from it.I came up with some of the Hadeaths’ indications with fundamental regulations, claryfying them and their applications in the selected Hadiths.
