Abstract

This research aims to know the method that Al-Shaarawi followed in inferring weak and fabricated hadiths, by collecting and studying the weak and fabricated hadiths that were inferred in his interpretation of Surah Al-Baqarah, and the effect of these hadiths on his interpretation of the Noble Surah. The fact that Al-Shaarawi's tafsir enjoys wide acceptance among Muslims and gained his great fame. Because of his easy and interesting style that overwhelmed him, and it is known that every scientist has interpretations and arguments that he may not been achieved. As a human who sometimes right or wrong and the interpretation of Al-Shaarawi, despite his fame, he did not receive the hadith study that befits his reputation, and this reason prompted me to study Al-Shaarawi's methodology in inferring weak and fabricated hadiths and their effect on his interpretation, and I chose Surat Al-Baqarah. Because it is the longest surah in the Holy Qur’an, and the benefit will be greater, and perhaps someone will come after me to complete this work, and I ask God for success and success
