Abstract
Research title: Study and investigation of the book of purity to separating the wells from the book (The Care in Abstraction of Issues of Guidance) by Shams al-Din Ibn al-Aqrab al-Hanafi (774 AH), in Hanafi jurisprudence, the research included issues of purity and its types such as the book of purity and the obligatory duties of ablution, its negatives, washing, and the water that is permissible with it Ablution with it, the jurisprudence related to wells, and the research came on a study section and it contains one study and it is divided into three demands, and an investigative section, and it contains one study and includes five demands.
