Abstract
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our prophet and our Master Muhammad, the seal of the prophets, and upon his family and companions as a whole, and those who follow them with charity until the Day of Judgments. This research has dealt with the choices of Hanbali scholars, to whom the presidency of the school of thought in the Levant ended in his time ,and he is the scholar Zain Al-Din Al-Munja ibn Othman Al-Tanukhi, in his interesting book on Explanation of Al-Muqni,on issues related to the commissioner, an her rights in tems of her friendship in the situations to which she is exposed from the death of her husband before consummation ,and before calling him the dowry ,as well as in the event of divorce occurring on her before and after consummation, and all this aims to guarantee the rights of the wife and to explain what she deserves in those cases.
