Abstract
The title of the research: The Verification of the Book of the Literature of the Judge to the Last Chapter of Judgment by Legacy, from the Book of (Al Re' aya Fi Tajreed Masa'el Al Hidaya) by Imam Muhammad bin Othman bin Musa bin al-Aqrab al-Hanafi al-Halabi, who died in the year: (774 AH), in the Hanafi jurisprudence, the research included issues in the literature of the judge Arbitration, the judiciary of inheritance and the judiciary of women, and my study required that my research plan be: an introduction, and an investigator text that divided it into two researches. The first topic contains four demands, while the second topic contains three demands, and after that the conclusion and the most prominent results that I have reached, then sources and references.
