الملخص

The research is meant to gather the detectives held by imam Bukhari in his Saheeh about fatwas, stating its relationship with the Hadiths (spoken) cited by the imams, with Imam Bukhari clarification purposes of those collections. Research came to highlight hadith imams’ care with science of jurisprudence issues, which formed a new addition to this science by including hadith imams purposes of mentioning those detectives -especially– when related to imam Bukhari’s fatwas.
