الملخص

This research deals with the most important controls in the pharmaceutical industry from a legal perspective. One of the most important reasons for discussing this topic: The large number of medical errors related to the manufacture, composition and fraud of medicines. The research was divided into an introduction and seven sections, and a conclusion: In the preface I defined the terminology of the title. In the rest of the mabahith, I talked about the controls of drug industry individually, each officer has an independent research, and these controls are: drug permissibility, safety, effectiveness, registration, pricing, control, and preservation of the intellectual property rights of the drug creator. Then the conclusion: It contains a summary of the most important results of the topic.
