Abstract
Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and the best of prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions as a whole.This research deals with the fundamental issues that Al-Zarkashi conveyed and agreed upon in the discussion of the concept - an applied study - and this research dealt with defining the concept, mentioning the agreed upon issues related to it with a statement of what is meant by each issue, and mentioning the sayings of scholars on the same issue, whether they mentioned the agreement or supported , With giving examples of each of the issues, and indicating what issues were agreed upon, and what was not.
