Abstract
The progress of medical science has a clear impact in the forensic science and its quotation from it in the treatment of medical jurisprudence, which was discussed by the ancient jurists, which led to the finding of contemporary jurisprudential solutions, including disease and the causes and complex solutions at the time. I searched for the disease and its causes from specialists in medicine and pharmacology based on the words and texts Islamic law extracted fatwa in reducing the order of the person from one year to less time period an hour or less depending on the statements of doctors and scholars, asking God Almighty to be this work exclusively to God and His Messenger and be a medicine and fatwa for the injured.
