Abstract
Praise be to Allah and the peace and blessings be upon the prophet(Mohammed) and his followers.
Disagreement is in two parts. One is effective in Al-Hadith (Prophet’s proverb) . The other is ineffective and mostly takes place in Al-Esnad (narration), in Al-Mattin(text) and probably both. The authentication of disagreement must evidently be shown among the Imams that there are important evidences authenticating some Imams’ speech who has more narrations and reservations .Through the study , it seems that Sufian Al-Thawri confirmed Al-Aamash Followers, then Shueba, Abo-Muaawiya and some of them who places Aba-Muaawiya before Shueba . Listening to Sufian Al-Thawri , Shueba Ben Al-Hajaj and Hammad Ben Salema is well –authenticated from Ataa , because they heard from him before a mixture (Hadith with Al-Esnad and Al-Mattin) and this is the opinion of Imams. This disagreement may happen among the narrators of the points agreed. Through the study and search it seems that the disagreement happens among those who have agreed about points, but not from the narrators. So the ways must be taken in a consideration before the judgment
