Abstract
Praise be to Allah , the Lord of the two worlds and peace and prayer be upon the Prophet Muhammad , his family and his companions and peace prayers saves us from all the terrors and pests and provides us with all the needs , O Lord listen and respond to our close prayer.
The present research entitled "The Rule of Increase on the Loan" includes an introduction and three sections. They are as follows:
A – The concept of loan, its definition, rule, legitimacy and merit.
B – The Scholars' sayings about the increase in the loan.
C – The rule of accepting the loan-taker's (Mstkarz) present.
The conclusion sums up the findings of the research, and Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
