الملخص–The fact pilgrimage and charity money,land , Hajj in the language : the intent , visit , and idiomatically: in order for the house of God an ad hoc basis at the time of an ad hoc ad hoc ribbons.
–The charity is in the language:what I gave him in the same God of the poor, which is spokenby the volunteers, andidiomatically :Attiyah which is intended to be the reward from God Almighty.
–And to steal money : he took people's money is not resolved with the consent headed usury , bribery , without satisfaction Kalgsb and Altaadih.
–The aspects of the Sacred Ten earn money to make money without satisfaction headedKalgsb and Altaadih and the like,and with the consent of sixteen headed usury , bribery , gambling and so on.
–The rule of the Holy Hajj money Vllalme two opinions: the first : true pilgrimage with money but no man is not hostile and be a sinner , and the second is not true pilgrimage Grand money,that is not sufficient for him to not be rewarded for it and he must return , and the correct view is the first.
–The rule of charity money Grand Vtl will not be accepted and be a sinner , and the rule of givingmoneytocharity ,land , if he knew the owner shall reply to him , but if ignoranceowner Vllgahae two opinions: passport giving money to charity Sacred and Motassadaq intended to dispose of it for its owner , and the second : hatecharity money Haram and desirable to choose for his money and farther from land , and the correct view is the first.
–The ruling on talking the poor alms from the hands of his money is haram four Vllgahae sayings :I hated taking the poor charity whose wealth is haraam more or less shall not be refused unless he knows the sanctity of a particular intake did not reply intended for the owner that knew him , and the second: hates taking poor charity who wealth is haraam more or less aware of it, did not know that the money in the basic principle is forbidden is permitted , and the third prohibits taking the poor charity who are more charity money is haram , IV: poor permissible to take charity from the hands of his money is haram , and the correct view is the first.
–Find a conclusion and then sealed the most important findings reported , and after the sources and erferences adopted in my research that this.
