Abstract
Search is to achieve a manuscript " Eqadh Alnaameen Waafham Alqasreen" In Hanafi Fiqh of the Imam Mohammad bin Bir Ali Al-Breque, Who died in 981 AH. It is not affixed to the hands of the investigation . It has long years ago, It is locked into the shelves, but it contains important issues in Fiqh and the provisions of the unknown to many people, Related napped money to rea the Quran In order to show its treasures to the Fiqh library . Which is an urgent need for it. I have achieve with a brief study of the definition of the book by author and subjects and I made search two section:First section to manuscript. study the life of the author and the study of the book and description The second section achieve text.
