Abstract
All thanks and praise for Allah and our Prophet Mohammed
peace be upon him and his ancestors and his honorable
companions. Thanks is for Allah only for enabling me achieving
this paper (From the rules of combining the two worships
concerning a pollution and prayer) after consulting the jurist
opinions depending on the most preponderant one, this brief
summary states that from sunens (the ways that the prophetpeace
be upon him used to do) of the pollution are the polluting of the
mouth and noise. Jurists gave a permission that the worshipper
should make mouth and noise pollution three times using new
water in each time.
Scholars permit combining al doher and al asser prayers and
combining al magrab and al eshaa prayers (haderen) wherever
the worshipper is in case of rain, snow, muddy road and also in
case of travel. If there is no water or there is few water in case of
travel, journalists permit (tayamum) that is to use the earth for a
pollution instead of water. In this state the worshipper can
combine two prayers. He prays the imposed prayer. He prays the
imposed prayer and he can pray whatever prayers of nowafil he
would like to pray.
Rule of the call for prayer and the prayer (iqamit al salah) for
combining two prayers while on pilgrimage in Muzdilifa is
permitted in one call for prayer and two prayers (iqama for each
prayer). Individual worshiper is permitted to combine two prayers
in case of being late on the collected prayer.
Finally, I wish this research be helpful for muslim man in
service of our religion. Thanks for Allah the creator of all the
creatures.
