Uthman
Flaih Hassan Almuhamady
The title of this research is “Method of Imam Al-Tamirtashy in his Book Helper of Al-Mufti for Answering Al-Mustafti”. This research includes an introduction, six sections and a conclusion. I wrote briefly about the biography of Imam Al-Tamirtashy in the first section to suit this short paper. The second section deals with the study of the book. I identified it and I mentioned the reason behind writing it besides its rank among the books of Al-Hanafi jurisprudence. As concerns the third section, I dealt with his sources since the author depended on many important references of Al-Hanafi jurisprudence. The fourth section studies the author’s method in his book and this includes his general method when writing the book and his method when citing others then his method in writing the issues of the book. In the fifth section ,I studied the deductions of the author in his book since he deduced depending on the Holy Quran and the Sunna. He also deduced depending on poetry. The sixth section dealt with the preponderances of the author in his book which were of two types: preponderances of the authors whom he cited and his preponderances which concern the book .As regards the conclusion, it contains the most important results the researcher arrived at.

The Islamic library contains a huge number of publications written by scholars and experts in various sciences and types of knowledge. A great number of these books have been kept in the library without anyone trying to take of them so that they can see light and students can get benefit from them. One of these books is a script we have studied and revised. It is entitled " Al-Hadh Al-Awfar Fi Al-Haj Al-Akbar" (Good Luck in Greatest Pilgrimage) by Sheikh Ali Alqari Al-Hanafi dead in 1014 B.C. He had explored an issue of great debate and discussion. All the public deals with this issue in their meetings. It can be summarized in the following questions: (Which pilgrimage seasons is called the greatest pilgrimage? When can we describe such a year in this way?). The authors have cited many texts to clarify this issue. They have collected opinions of scholars to support this description.

Aleqrar Book in (maeen almufty ala jawab almustafty)
Ahmed
Abdu Allah Hassan Almuhamady
The book of mu’een Al-Mufti on Jawab Al-Mustafti, written by Imam Shams Al-Din Muhammed Bin Abdulah Bin Ahmed Bin Muhammed Al-Khateeb Al- Tamrtashi Al-Ghazzi Al-Hanafi, is considered one of the important books in the jurisprudence of Imam Abu Hanifa, may God have mercy on him . The writer of this book has a prominent place among late jurists of Abu-Hanifa doctrine as he collected precious issues from the mothers of the books adopted in the doctrine reviewing the sayings of the reliable doctrine scholars and pointing out to what really happened of those sayings in his era or the last. The writer depended upon the fields of jurisprudence in the organization of his book. The means of proof are considered important and vital in the study of Islamic judiciary since the style adopted by the judge is depended on to prove people’s rights, while the corruption of style prevents people’s access to their rights. Thus, jurists paid much more consideration to means of proof as they wrote books on this part. On this basic, the study investigates one of the sides of proof means which is Iqrar as the book of Iqrar comprises five sections which have not yet been investigated.

Imam Ghazaly's contradictions to his fundamental opinions- command and prohibition
Qaisar
Hamad Abid Alhalbusy
The present paper tackles the following issues: 1- Whether the order requires repetition or not. His old opinion was to stop at giving clear cut answer, while his new opinion necessitates performing the command once, not to repeat it. 2-Whether the order requires carrying it at once or not. His old opinion was to stop at giving clear cut answer. In his new opinion, orders require only obedience. 3- Commanding after prohibition. His old opinion was to stop at giving clear cut answer. In his new opinion, this issue is detailed; if the imperative comes in the form of “Efal” and the prohibition was based on a cause, the order was to remove criticism. If prohibition was not based on a cause, it becomes desirable. On the other hand, if the imperative does not come in the form of “Efal”, it can carry both desirability and necessity. 4-Commading without the ability to carryout that. In his old opinion, he prohibits it and in his new opinion he admits it. 5-Whether prohibition necessitates invalidity or not. In his old opinion, it is invalid but in his new opinion it is valid.

The Explanation of the Odd in (alsunan alsagheer) by Baihaqy
Ramzy
Azuery Khaleel Alaaqeely
Alsunan Alsaghera (Small Sunahs) by Emam Abu Baker Ahmed Bin Al-Hussein Bin Ali Bin Musa Al-Baihaqi is one of the modern fundamental books classified in the fifth century B.C. It contains (4883) Hadeeth (prophet traditions). The researcher has found a great deal of alien expressions in this book in need of explanation and classification. He wished to contribute something useful to this book through explaining these alien expression and determining their intended meanings within their context in the nobel Hadeeth. In carrying out this paper, the researcher has consulted the most fundamental language books, Hadeeth interpretation books and books that focus on interpreting meanings of alien expressions in the prophet traditions. Among these books are Al-Nehaya Fi Sharah Ghareeb Al-Hadeeth (The End of interpreting Alien Hadeeths) and Al-Athar by Ibn Alatheer Al-Jezri. The paper has been alphabetically ordered to facilitate access to the alien word and its explanation. Each letter has been given a special order. With each alien word, its location in the book has been indicated in the chapter, the page where it appears and the number of Hadeeths. Before indulging in the explanation of alien Hadeeths, an introduction has been presented summarizing the life of Emam Al-Baihaqi and listing his name, family name, his birth, scholars opinions of him, their praise to Al-Bahaiqi, his death, his teachers and students, his classifications and scientific traces. The introduction is followed by an outline then the paper ends with the most important references the researcher has depended on which are (53) references

Imam Alhadadi 's Method of exlaining what is called (almuadhah fee altafseer)
Ahmed
Qassim Abdul Rahman
There is no doubt that interpretations carried out by scholars represent their right on followers, particularly their students and those seeking knowledge. As a result, I found it imperative to interpret for this Emam, known as “Al-Hidadi” , for I have not found any interpretation for him. He has been neglected by researchers and those who are busy with Al-Tabaqat (Layers) books. We have got very little insight concerning this Emam, therefore I have tried shed light on him. He is the ascetic and pious scholar Emam Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Ahmed Abu Nasser Al-Samarqandi . He was called the sheikh of Quran recitors in Samarqand. He had learnt Quran recitation at the hands of Mashiakh (Teachers of Quran Recitation) in different places. He had been praised by many scholars and had carried out many revisions and narrations. He was famous in his work in interpretation in addition to his work in recitation. One of his publication in interpretation is “ The Elucidate in Interpretation”. His approach in this book is characterized by treatment of alien works in the Holy Quran. He used poetry as evidence for meanings of alien words in the Holy Quran. He adopted the approach of ancient scholars in their treatment of alien words as they give the meaning of the words associated sometimes with evidence from the speech of the Arabs. Sometimes, he deals with grammatical issues, retiring to some recitations of the Ayahs . As for his death, sources do not indicate the year when he died, but there had been a reference that he died after 400 D.C. when he was 60 years old or more.

A Suggestive Method to teach arabic for foreigners through criticizing these two books (alarabia lilnashaeen and alarabia 2)

Razaq Abdul Rahman Alsaady
This research presents a proposed curriculum for the program of teaching Arabic grammar for non-Arabic speakers which if it is used by the Arabic instructors to teach non-Arabic speakers will enable them to acquire this science in particular and Arabic language in general in the easiest way possible and thus enable them to speak pure Arabic, and to understand what is said and written in correct way without grammatical errors. The presentation of syntactic subjects and grammar with its basic structures according to scientific and practical methods may alleviate the burden of teaching and learning on the part of teachers and learners. Consequently it will increase the speed of learning this language and its grammar.
