Besides, jurisprudent issues are to be taken from original sources, Holy Quran and Sunna.

Those who take over the judiciary have human beings who are characterized by qualities that may include weakness, error, forgetfulness, anger, and other human qualities. In the presence of these qualities, and the likelihood that the judge will be in line with them, the judgments they issue are not a living house. The purpose of the inauguration of the judges is to realize the right. If the right is violated, the injured person has several ways to restore his rights. One of these methods is the veto, which is considered a door that the Sharia has made open and does not block or prevent anyone so as not to lose the rights, or overwhelm the judges and create chaos, disputes and differences

The subject (The impact of immorality in legitimacy provisions –part of worships) is the important topics nowadays especially when the people of immortality have a huge numbers in every place this is because most of people have the weakness of religious faith. So in this subject I am going to release these issues are necessity for all Muslims of different sects . I have not found from contemporary researchers gave these issues priority and the sayings of the scholars and gathered in an independent scientific research. In this research declared the sayings of statements of Islamic sects owners and studied as jurisprudentially and comprative with most correct them according to a statement with the strength of the evidences.

We thank Allah majesty and commend him, all the praise and thanks to him for what we succeeded to finish this research marked ( Judgement of who Support Terrorism and Civil Responsibility on it )- the legitimacy of legal study.
This research aims to show that the Islamic religion is the religion of peaceful coexistence, it does not like to assault any one and carries the banner of peace, security and stability throughout the globe. It rejects terrorism , intimidation and violence in humanitarian dealing. It wants that to him, his followers, and all those who live in its shadow includes Muslims under Islamic rules and non- peaceful Muslims. Moreover, it puts to violators necessary and appropriate punishment. Furthermore, showed that to which bodes well for humans and humanity is that positive civil law is heading in the same direction pursued by the Islamic religion and be a strong supporter of his judgments and decisions against terrorism, injustice, intimidation and torture, against the terrorists themselves and punishes the offender and all those who reaps and assault others without the right. –The ruling on talking the poor alms from the hands of his money is haram four Vllgahae sayings :I hated taking the poor charity whose wealth is haraam more or less shall not be refused unless he knows the sanctity of a particular intake did not reply intended for the owner that knew him , and the second: hates taking poor charity who wealth is haraam more or less aware of it, did not know that the money in the basic principle is forbidden is permitted , and the third prohibits taking the poor charity who are more charity money is haram , IV: poor permissible to take charity from the hands of his money is haram , and the correct view is the first.
–Find a conclusion and then sealed the most important findings reported , and after the sources and erferences adopted in my research that this.
–The last pretext that Praise to Allah , the Lord of the Worlds and peace and blessing be upon our Prohpet Muhammed and his family and companions.

The most important things reached by them during the research - the testimony of women in what they often see:1. AL-Ethterab in Arabic language is intended to mean three things: difference, imbalance, and movement. This term is used in prophetic tradition to mean that there are two equal narrations which have the same narrators but they cannot be united or prefered one to another. If such trait found in prophetic tradition, it indicates weakness and it is an evidence that the narrator with no full integrity. In prophetic tradition, AL-Ethterab may be found at Sanad (narrators) or Matin (saying of prophet Mohammed peace be upon him). It is generally found in sanad and it is rare to judge on prophetic tradition (matin) to have such trait without its existence in sanad. In this study, the researcher aims at showing the reason on which Abu Hatem judges on prophetic tradition to have trait of AL-Ethterab. The present research studies eleven prophetic tradition, nine of them have AL-Ethterab in sanad, and one of them in Matin. It also contains another prophetic tradition with AL-Ethterab but not specified in sand or matin .

The study comes to the following results:
1. The fabricated rule is independent from the commissioned rule as far as the definition and department are concerned but its relation with the commissioned rule is compact because it represents the mark which denotes the commissioned rules. If this mark does not exist, it is impossible to comprehend many commissioned rules.
2. The commission does not exist only when the fabricated rule exists because the commissioned rule should be split from the fabricated. For this reason the researcher could not provide a single example of the commissioned rule without reason or condition, on the other hand the fabricated rule may exist without the commissioned because the fabricated rule is more comprehensive. Here lies the impact of the fabricated on the child contracts whosoever confirms the child contracts is done without conditions.
3. It appears that the fabricated rule has an effect on the child's behavior for the contract formed up on the bases. Some of these are the child s contract and the consent.
4. The jurisprudents agreed that the contract issued from the lad is nothing.
5. The jurisprudents have seen the child s benefit. Thus their rules come accordingly.
6. They agreed on the child's right and keep his wealth from loss.
7. They agreed not to sign anything which is offensive for him.
8. The Shafi do not agree on the absolute contracts of the child.
9. The majority have licensed the marriage of the child with the consent of his guardian. They disapprove the child's divorce for the divorce is one of the things which ascertains his rights, contrary to the child s damage of somebody else s wealth.

Reasons for changing the Religious Rules According to the Fundamentalists
The thesis consists of an introduction and two chapters and a conclusion. The introduction implies the value of the study, reason for choosing it and the previous studies with the difficulties, methodology and the procedure. The first chapter deals with the reasons of altering the rules according to the situation. It includes two parts: the first includes the reasons and prohibitions and the conditions. It consists of three requirements. The first one is associated with the reason, the problem and prohibition. The second one deals with the condition and the quality whereas the third one studies the interference of the person in charge. The second part includes: the circumstances and includes for requirements; the first is concerned with the place, the second with the time, the third deals with the necessity whereas the fourth deals with the custom and habits.
Chapter two includes the reasons behind changing the rules as far as the mature is concerned. It includes two sections. The first includes the situation of mature. There are three requirements accordingly: the first requirement deals with the adaptability and the defects, the second includes the intention while the third deals with the commencement of the action.
The second part includes five requirements according to the actions of the mature: the first is concerned with the privileges, the second determination and license, the third: the part and the whole and the fourth with the consequence and the fifth with the suspicion.
The conclusion includes the most outstanding results. They are:
1. All the rules are characterized by rigidity and the ultimate goal is to apply the original rule and the one which is suitable for the occasion of the incident.
2. The applied judgment the normative character in religion.
3. The rule should take into consideration the case, the condition the excuse and the obstacle.
4. The interference of the person in charge. It implements the privileges and the religious policy.
5. Changing of circumstances means the changing of time, place, habit as well as other factors. For these reasons our scientists have recommended people to be acquainted with the situation, the one who is asking for the legal opinions and the circumstances of his country in order to avoid narrow legal opinions.
6. Necessity and the need are the fundamental factors which are affecting the rule.

Getting Married from a Christian woman is a subject of great significance as it relates to many Muslim people specially those who migrated to Western Countries. Because of the significance of this topic, I entitled the presented paper:"The Islamic Judgement on Marriage between Muslims and Christians "
The nature of the paper necessitates dividing it into a preface, two sections and a conclusion.
In addition to showing the Islamic judgement on getting married from Christian women according jurists, I identified Christian people, their divisions and sects. Then I explored the procedures of such a marriage contracts should it occur in Islamic countries or elsewhere and the disadvantages that might result from this type of marriage.

This paper is entitled (The Principle of Using The Polytheists' Containers and Clothes).It deals with one of the debatable issues in Islamic philology viz. the use of the polytheists' containers and clothes.
It aims at showing the use of these containers in washing, ablution, eating and drinking, wearing their clothes in prayer. This is achieved by presenting and discussing philologists' opinions and evidences and then choosing the preferable one.
The subject is important is that the need for this issue increases in invaded Islamic countries like:Palestine,Iraq and Afghanistan where some invaders are killed ,their containers and clothes preoccupied. The issue is a problem for Muslims who fortake their countries and communicate with non-Muslim people.
The paper falls into an introduction, three sections and a coclusion.Section one presents concepts related to the topic. Section two shows the principle of using the polytheists' containers .Section three presents using their clothes. Finally comes the conclusion.

In This Paper, I have shown the importance of women in Islamic legislation and to what extent she is apt to undertake the position of judicial authorities. It will be done depending on different scient's opinions. Some scientists reject it completely while others give complete permission. Some scientists also look to the matter from another hand in the sense that they permitted beneficial one. I take the last opinion which permits women to undertake judicial authorities except penalty and vengeance.

الحمد لله الذی تجلى لخلقه فی عجائب مبتدعات صنعته واحتجب عنهم بسرادقات کمالات هویته استخلص العلماء بمواهب عنایته فأطلع شموس العلوم فی آفاق سرائرهم فهم السامعون لتفاصیل مناجاته والحاملون لأعباء رسالاته والعاملون بمحاسن مشروعاته وهم خیر بریته من سائر مخلوقاته ونحن الضارعون بضعفنا لجلاله والمبتهلون بنقصنا لکماله أن یفیض علینا کما أفاض علیهم من نعمته
وأفضل الصلوات والتسلیمات على أفضل الصادرین عن قدرته محمد المبعوث بأفضل الرسائل وأقرب الوسائل إلى دار کرامته وعلى آله وصحبه ومن سار على نهجه إلى یوم الدین .
أما بعد فإن الفقه عماد الحق ونظام الخلق ووسیلة السعادة الأبدیة ولباب الرسالة المحمدیة من تحلى بلباسه فقد ساد ومن بالغ فی ضبط معالمه فقد شاد . جاء لیعالج قضایا المسلمین , بل قضایا الناس جمیعا .
وقد هیأ الله تعالى لهذا العلم رجالاً سهروا واجتهدوا فی سبیل تحقیق کل ما هو نافع للمسلمین ولکی یحموهم من کل خطأ او زلة تقع بهم , فهم السد المنیع لحمایة معتقدات وشعائر هذا الدین الحنیف .
ولا یخفی على أحد ما یمر به العالم الإسلامی من فتن وأهواء مضلة جاءت فی زی الدین , وسمیت باسمه ولبست لباسه لتمرر شعائر أعدائه والدین منها براء , واخر تلک الاهواء بعض الاطعمة والمشروبات التی نسبت إلى الإسلام زوراً وبهتاناً لیلبسوا على المسلمین فیها أمر دینهم فیحلوا لهم الحرام کما فعل اسلافهم من الزنادقة مستغلین انفتاح البلد وغیاب الرقیب .
لکن هیهات فإن کل مسلم فی شرعنا رقیب فهو راع ومسؤول عن رعیته ومأمور بإزالة المنکر حیثما وجد وحسب طاقته بیده او بلسانه او بقلبه ومما دخل علینا من هذه الأمور شراب ماء الشعیر الذی سموه بالبیرة الإسلامیة لکنه شراب حامت حوله الشبهات , فاسماؤه غریبة منتقاة بدقة منها " موسى " ولا ندری هل هو شعار للیهودیة ومنها " فیروز " ولعله شعار لقاتل سیدنا عمررضی الله عنه وهکذا ولا غرابة فی ذلک فإن کثیراً من المنتجات الغربیة تحمل أسماءً غیر مؤدبة فی لفظها بالعربیة , بل ان بعضها یحمل فی طیات معانیه الشرک والکفر إذا ما ترجم فی لغته الأصلیة کل ذلک لیوقعوا بالمسلمین ولو باللفظ او الشکل او المظهر .
ولأن کثیراً ممن تناول هذا الموضوع بالبحث والدرس تناقضت عبارته أو ضعف دلیله او قال او تکلم من دون علم وجدنا لزاماً ان نتقصى الحق فی هذا الامر ولا شیء غیر الحق نبغی وأن نرجع بالرأی إلى أهله من أهل الطب والکیمیاء لندعم الحکم الشرعی بنتائج علمیة صحیحة فیکون الحکم قطعیاً یقینیاً ولیس قولاً بالظن او بما غلب على الظن لأن الأخذ بالظن مع القدرة على الیقین غیر جائز ولأن الظن لا یغنی من الحق شیئاً .
وقد منَّ الله تعالى علینا فی جامعة الأنبار بوجود التعاون فی العمل بین کلیاتها فتم الاتفاق مع عمادتی کلیة العلوم الإسلامیة وکلیة الطب لإقامة ندوة حول هذا الموضوع فی کلیة الطب والقیام بفحص وتحلیل مختبری لمکونات هذا الشراب بکل أنواعه الموجودة فی السوق العراقیة ولتأکید النتائج التی حصلنا علیها فی العراق قمنا بإیصال عینات من هذا الشراب إلى جامعة القلمون فی سوریا وتم الالتقاء برئیس الجامعة الذی رحب بالفکرة وذکر على لسان عمید کلیة الصیدلة فی أحدى جامعات المملکة العربیة السعودیة القول بأنه لا یجزم بخلو هذا الشراب من الکحول وبعد أن قطع عمید جامعة القلمون وعداً بالتعاون وتحلیل جمیع أنواع هذا الشراب إلا انه لم یتم سوى فحص المنتوج السوری والإیرانی فقط دون باقی الأنواع الا أننا استکملنا الفحوصات لجمیع الأنواع المعروضة داخل العراق .
وعلى کل حال فقد جاء البحث مشتملا على مبحثین وخاتمة فکان المبحث الأول لبیان معنى البیرة وصفاتها وعلاقتها بالکحول وبیان صناعتها ,اما البحث الثانی فکان فی مطلبین المطلب الاول لبیان نتائج التحلیلات المختبریة لأنواع ماء الشعیر الموجودة فی العراق أما المطلب الثانی فاشتمل على استعراض لفتاوى ابرز العلماء المعاصرین من الذین افتوا بجواز هذا الشراب مع مناقشة لأرائهم وأدلتهم والوصول الى الرأی الصحیح منها اما الخاتمة فاشتملت على ابرز نتائج البحث .ونسأل الله السداد فی القول والعمل
